Dr. Han is a clinical psychologist and provides evidence-based and personalized intervention using cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance commitment therapy) to help clients become “unstuck” and build fulfilling lives. She prioritizes a skills-based approach that emphasizes thoughtful functional assessment of behavior to help clients draw insights about themselves and to motivate values-aligned change. She is particularly invested in utilizing a strengths-based and personalized approach to adapt evidence-based practices for autistic clients with co-occurring mood disorders. Dr. Han has also received specialized training in “gold-standard” assessment of autism spectrum disorder and is experienced in neuropsychological and psychoeducational testing.
At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, she is part of a multidisciplinary team of anesthesiologists, psychologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists providing care for children with chronic pain conditions at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Han also co-leads a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Skills Group at Families on the Line, LLC via Telehealth.

In addition to her training as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Han is a certified barre3 instructor and is a proponent of mind-body practices (e.g., yoga, mindfulness & meditation, embodied movement) to facilitate holistic healing and living well.
